- Work has the right and believes it is safe with precautions (capacity, gradual return)
- Many employees remained in the workplace during pandemic
Vaccination policy?
- Hospitals and schools led with vaccination priority policy. People without vaccination will be tested. Goal is to increase total vaccinations.
- Medical exemptions only and choice is available
- Testing:
- Regular for days you are in office
- On employer’s time and cost
- Failed test policy to follow standard sick processes
