  • Softball FST against wall/ground: pectoris, traps, upper back rollers
  • Roller angels
  • Shoulder rotations
  • Wall angels
  • Shoulder shrugs (hanging or supported from high bar/rings)
  • Wall rollers with band, external rotation outward
