Digital Marketing Communication Survey for Organizations

The goal of this assessment is to collect information from organizations in the middle of marketing communications campaigns.

The assessment aims to get:

  • Ideas the organization may have heard from their clients (target audience of the campaigns)
  • Changes required to the campaigns, for example due to seasonal or product and service changes
  • Feedback on campaigns: what to start, what to stop or reduce, what to keep the same
  • Impacts the organization has seen during the campaign period
  • Additional input to campaign execution like advertising keywords, branding, new products/services to promote, deals

Concepts for organization to explore

  • Results seen from the organization (what they see, hear, problems)
  • Changes required (seasonal, budget, communication approach, product services) and dates
  • Start (new keywords, messaging), stop (under performing channels)
  • Opportunities for next 3 months
