Espresso, Latte with Machine Preparation

Instructions to prepare espresso, latte with grinder and espresso machines.

• Put coffee beans in grinder
• Turn on grinder and adjust settings, example 12/16
• Grind beans into holder
• Even out grinds in holder with taper
• Put grinds holder in espresso machine, during preparation, ensure pressure gauge around 7-9 by turning handle
• Put shots cup down and press shots button on espresso machine
• Prepare milk and heat with steamer. Steamer done when it sounds like a low pitch, similar to an airplane landing sound
• Dump grinds
• Wash:
  • Steamer head and holes if needed
  • Shot output area of espresso machine
  • Milk cup
  • Grinds holder
